Ease of use when setting up the API and also wonderful customer service that responds very promptly and accurately. If you do not have a business account, which I did the mistake of setting up with before I knew they had the business account option, you need to validate yourself with official government issued documents.

Good cloud telephone service provider!

Its simple and easy to set up the service, the call data and recordings can be easily accessed. In all these years that we have been using their service, we have never really faced any kind of major service related issues. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, especially the sms service cost which is way higher than those offered in the market. Also there could be lot more user data that could be made available which is currently missing.
