The main problem we are solving is bringing external calling capabilities to MS Teams users through a more manageable and cost-effective means than going the MS dial plan route. Issue with customer service!

No challenges faced with the product. We use the API for sending sms. Its a 2 way channel where the customer sends us an SMS and our team responds to them via an API. However their customer service is very slow. The account managers assigned to our account lack responsibility towards us. Invoices are not received on time and they do not track payments as well.

Good cloud telephone service provider!

Its simple and easy to set up the service, the call data and recordings can be easily accessed. In all these years that we have been using their service, we have never really faced any kind of major service related issues. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, especially the sms service cost which is way higher than those offered in the market. Also there could be lot more user data that could be made available which is currently missing.
